Casetify Order Arrived With Wrong Design
Ordered a custom phone case from Casetify with my own photo uploaded, but when the package arrived, it had a completely different design printed on it. I double-checked the confirmation email, and the preview shows exactly what I submitted. Does anyone know how responsive they are with fixing mistakes like this?

Was super excited to get my custom case from Casetify—it was a gift for my sister with a photo that meant a lot to both of us. Opened the box, and boom, totally different image printed on the case. I was confused more than anything. I went to casetify customer service to see if others had the same issue. Turns out, misprints do happen occasionally with custom orders. I submitted a photo of what I received, and they sent out a corrected version without much hassle. Quality was great once it arrived—just wish the first one had been right.
