Filters Fast Charged Me Twice
Ordered a 6-pack of MERV 8 filters from Filters Fast for my HVAC system. The website showed the item as in stock, and I received a confirmation email. However, I was surprised to find two identical charges on my credit card. I contacted their customer service, but the responses were automated and unhelpful. This unexpected duplication has caused financial strain. Has anyone else experienced duplicate charges with Filters Fast? How did you resolve the issue?
