Situated in a 51,000 sq ft, 1930s soap factory, Duke of London is home to more than just our car showroom. Over the past year, we have worked to convert a portion of the space into array of mixed use, self-contained creative spaces and storage units. Units are available to rent on flexible terms at below-market rates, and are sized between 100-3,000 sq ft each. We are welcoming to an eclectic community of tenants.
