Lance began training at coachbuilders Mulliner Park-Ward aged 16 as a panel beater building Rolls-Royce Phantoms and Corniches. He quickly rose through the ranks to become final inspector before opening his own restoration business in 1990. Lance’s metalwork skills know no boundaries and he has been responsible for many concours winning restorations.
RESTORATION & METAL WORK
Algy could weld before he’d left primary school. He manages our workshop and oversees day to day operations. His metal fabrication skills extend way beyond automotive into architectural, artwork and much more. With Lance, he recently created the bar for Michelin-star Mayfair restaurant, Hide.
HEAD OF FOOD & DRINK
Conor’s background in catering and hospitality combined with his cheeky cockney charisma made him the only man for the job. He comes to us having played a major role in the founding and growth of the infamous Chiltern Firehouse. He also goes by the name of Oysterboy - owing to his various oyster-shucking market stalls and installations across London.
HEAD OF EVENTS
Georgia has been at the forefront of the luxury events industry for the past 7 years. She has been responsible for countless high-profile weddings, celebrity charity galas and established the events department for luxury lifestyle magazine, Tempus, over 2 years ago. She is in charge of the organisation and production of events across all venues at The Factory.
