2016 Alfa Romeo 4C Spider
2016 Alfa Romeo 4C Spider
Having covered less than 10,000 miles from new, this 2016 Alfa Romeo 4C Spider is a fine example of the improved variant of Alfa’s little sports car.
Though powered by the same four cylinder turbocharged engine as the coupé, the Spider was a noted improvement over its hardtop brethren as Alfa Romeo addressed feedback from the motoring media. It’s rare that the topless version of a car is better than the coupé, but this is one such occasion.
This example is ideally specified in essential red with black interior, and also boasts the gorgeous 18 and 19 inch graphite grey tele dial wheels inspired by great Alfas of yesteryear. The car has had only three owners in total, and has been diligently maintained by specialists. Despite such a low mileage the servicing has been carried out correctly, as summarised below:
9,000 mile service - Feb 2018 - 4,158 miles - autoXP Ltd
24,000 mile service - August 2018 - 5,397 miles - Veloces of London
36,000 mile service - September 2019 - 7,907 miles - Alfa Workshop
48,000 mile service - July 2020 - 9,619 miles - Alfa Workshop
What’s more, this car has also benefitted from the fitment of upgrades to enhance driver enjoyment. A Quicksilver exhaust system with Helmhotz resonator and carbon tips has been fitted to unlock the raspy tone of the engine, which has been paired with Alfa Workshop’s Stage 1 engine remap yielding 280bhp and 420nm. The car also benefits from the Alfa Workshop Intermediate Specification front geometry kit to improve handling.
The end result is a fantastic Italian performance convertible with low mileage, full service history and tasteful upgrades that is now looking for some twisty B-roads and a new owner.
