Poshmark Sale Marked Delivered But Buyer Claims Nothing Arrived
Shipped out an item I sold on Poshmark, and tracking shows it was delivered two days ago. Now the buyer is claiming they never received it. I’ve never had an issue like this before, so I’m unsure how Poshmark handles these kinds of disputes. Do they usually side with the seller if tracking confirms delivery?

Apparently, if the tracking confirms delivery, Poshmark often protects the seller, but you still have to open a case and provide all the details. In my case, they resolved it quickly, and the funds were released to me.
